Save the Date: ILTA Spring Joint Committee Meeting

March 10 - 11 | Tulsa, Oklahoma

ILTA’s Spring Joint Committee Meeting—formerly the EGHSS Committee Meeting—will take place March 10–11 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This evolution reflects the growing importance of cross-committee collaboration as terminal operators navigate increasingly complex operational, regulatory, and safety challenges.

This terminal-member-only meeting brings ILTA committees together for focused discussion, information sharing, and problem-solving across key issue areas impacting terminal operations. Attendees will engage directly with peers and subject-matter experts on emerging risks, regulatory developments, and operational best practices in a highly collaborative setting.

Registration will be $325. While the agenda and registration details are still being finalized, additional information will be shared in the coming weeks.

Members planning to attend are encouraged to save the date and plan accordingly.

Advario Begins Green Methanol Storage in Daya Bay

Advario has begun storing green methanol at their Daya Bay Terminal in China. This marks another development in their journey to support lower-carbon marine fuels.
Through a new trial operation with Shenzhen Port Energy Development Co. Ltd., they receive green methanol by truck and deliver it by vessel to Shenzhen Port for use in bunkering services for major shipping lines including COSCO, Maersk and HPL. The first vessel loading took place early-December, and close collaboration across teams has been essential in making this possible.
