ILTA’s Fall Joint Committee Meeting brings terminal professionals together for candid conversations about the issues affecting their facilities and the broader liquid terminal industry. Through expert presentations, Committee roundtables, and peer exchange, attendees will gain practical insights they can take back to their companies.
The meeting will take place September 22–23 at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile and is open exclusively to employees of ILTA terminal member companies. Both current Committee participants and first-time attendees are encouraged to join us.
The full agenda will be released the week of August 10, but planned topics include:
Environment: PFAS and AFFF transition efforts and evolving air-permitting requirements
Government Affairs: ILTA’s advocacy priorities, the 2026 midterm elections, and emerging energy policy
Health & Safety: Serious injury and fatality prevention and proposed breakout-tank inspection requirements
Security: MTSA cybersecurity requirements and drone restrictions for critical infrastructure facilities
Registration is $375 and includes two days of programming and discussions, a Tuesday evening networking reception, and lunch on both days. A limitedhotel room blockis also available.
The 2026 ILTA Compensation & Benefits Survey is now open exclusively to ILTA terminal member companies.
Conducted by Industry Insights, the survey allows participating companies to compare their compensation levels and benefits practices with others across the terminal industry. The results can provide useful benchmarks to support compensation planning and workforce decisions.
