Inside ILTA’s Spring Joint Committee Meeting

ILTA’s Spring Joint Committee Meeting took place March 10–11 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With more than 60 attendees on site, the unique setting brought a new energy to one of ILTA’s most collaborative gatherings.

Professionals from across the industry came together to tackle the issues and priorities facing terminal operators, with focused discussions spanning environment, government affairs, health, safety, and security. Participants from different companies, roles, and levels of experience compared notes, shared insights, and worked through challenges that are far more difficult to solve without the perspective and experience of peers who “get it.”

The momentum from Tulsa continues. The collaboration and candid exchange that took place during the Joint Committee Meeting will carry forward to the ILTA 2026 Conference & Trade Show in Houston, June 15–17, where the broader terminal industry will come together to expand these conversations and strengthen the connections that move our industry forward.
