ILTA’s membership has elected its 2025–2026 Board of Directors, now officially approved and ready to guide the Association forward. At the helm, Josh Etzel (Kinder Morgan) assumes the role of Chair, supported by Vice Chair Vincent Di Cosimo (Targa Resources) and Treasurer Traci Johnson (International-Matex Tank Terminals).
ILTA also welcomes three newly seated Directors—Maria Ciliberti (Vopak North America), Elizabeth Parzanese (Energy Transfer), and Craig Yocham (Global Partners)—who bring fresh perspectives and deep industry experience.
In his introductory letter, Chair Etzel outlined a four-point strategic agenda focused on member value, advocacy, financial health, and organizational relevance—priorities that will shape ILTA’s work in the year ahead.

ILTA is once again partnering with OSHA experts at Conn Maciel Carey (CMC) through a cross-sector working group that advises OSHA on opportunities to modernize and simplify its standards, policies, and processes—while preserving the agency’s core mission of keeping American workplaces safe.
Through CMC’s OSHA Modernization Coalition, participants are already focusing on potential improvements to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Walking-Working Surfaces standards, as well as efforts to rescind the Worker Walkaround Designation Process rule and advance other priority initiatives.

Originally aspiring to be a firefighter, Ryan turned his passion for safety into a dynamic career in the terminal industry. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he gained diverse experience across multiple refining facilities and discovered his interest in pipelines and terminals through a corporate rotation. Today, he leads ONEOK’s health and safety team, championing safety as a core value and fostering collaboration, innovation, and purpose.
