ILTA Joins Conn Maciel Carey's OSHA Modernization Coalition

ILTA is once again partnering with OSHA experts at Conn Maciel Carey (CMC) through a cross-sector working group that advises OSHA on opportunities to modernize and simplify its standards, policies, and processes—while preserving the agency’s core mission of keeping American workplaces safe.

Through CMC’s OSHA Modernization Coalition, participants are already focusing on potential improvements to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Walking-Working Surfaces standards, as well as efforts to rescind the Worker Walkaround Designation Process rule and advance other priority initiatives.

ILTA will host a coalition kickoff call with CMC on November 17 at 2:00 PM ET. If you are interested in participating, please contact James Privette at jprivette@ilta.org.
